Component Manager

The Component Manager manages resources (components), including their allocation, setup, and cleanup. Component Managers keep track of which resources are available and provide a basic set of services for managing them to users.

Note that ProtoGENI does not distinguish between a component manager and an aggregate manager. A component manager my manage any number of resources, including just a single one.
