Manifest

A manifest is a detailed description of various properties of resources within a sliver. It is provided by a component manager to a user whenever a sliver is created or updated, and under certain circumstances it may be possible for a user to specify a manifest as part of a configuration request.

The format has not yet been formally described, but an example of a prototype is available.
